completes Hot-Tapping Jobs at IOCL Haldia.
Plant-Tech, a
company providing Hot-Tapping, Line Stopping & Allied Services since 1999 along
with other major Specialized Services under its belt, has successfully and
professionally completed yet another Hot Tapping job at IOCL Haldia during July
2012. The assignment involved carrying out 2 nos. of 8”NB Hot Tapping from 24”NB
Cooling Water line for AF “Closed Circulating water system for the compressors
of KHDS and NHDT at IOCL Haldia Refinery”. |

The job was executed strictly following
the safety guidelines, safety practices and to the complete satisfaction of the
Project Manager and Site Engineer deputed by the owner. |

Plant-Tech’s Business Development Team recently had an opportunity to showcase the group company’s capabilities via a presentation which was arranged at Hotel K-Stars, Navi Mumbai for ONGC Uran attended by Sri U. S. Deshmukh, Executive Director & Plant Manager and the Technical team of ONGC.
Specialized Services offered by Plant-Tech Group to the Oil & Gas and allied sectors were highlighted during the presentation.

Plant-Tech was immensely pleased with the invitation from ONGC Uran Team to visit their plant for demonstrations on each of the services offered.
Operations Director of “Power Technology Services Ltd., UK” (JV Partner of Plant Tech – Power Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., India) was also present during this presentation to showcase his company’s capabilities on Pipeline Repair & Maintenance Services and their incessant technical assistance to Plant-Tech relating to Hot Tapping, Line Stopping & other allied Pipeline Services.

- Successfully completed cleaning of one 79mtr dia. crude oil tank at Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), Chennai recovering 4,900 cu.m. of sludge.
- Completed cleaning of one 65 mtr crude oil tank at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) Barauni. One more tank is expected in the next three months, which is a part of the existing work order.
- An ongoing job at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) Mumbai, order is for cleaning of 4 tanks out of which we have completed 2 tanks and the third one is ongoing.
- An ongoing job at Mangalore Refineries & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) Mangalore, order is for 4 tanks out of which we have completed cleaning of 2 tanks and 3rd tank is ongoing. Immediately after the 3rd tank is cleaned we will start cleaning the 4th tank.
