Successful Completion of Tank Cleaning and In-situ treatment
at ONGC-MRPL Mangalore. |

Plant Tech-Midcontinent was awarded mechanized tank
cleaning and in-situ sludge treatment process at
ONGC-MRPL, Mangalore for 3 crude oil storage tanks and
PTMC has successfully completed cleaning of tanks and
simultaneous processing of sludge of all 3 crude oil tanks
well within the stipulated period and the to the best
satisfaction of ONGC-MRPL. Plant Tech-Midcontinent
has been awarded new work order for tank cleaning of 4 more
crude oil tank at ONGC-MRPL and the job is expected
to commence in the month of November 2010. |

Impressed by the
technology, officials from HPCL Mumbai, BPCL Mumbai and
BPCL
Kochi have visited our tank cleaning site and have appraised
the same. |

Successful completion of Total Reactor Internal
Replacement & Modification work at Numaligarh Refinery
Limited, Assam |

Plant-Tech recently has successfully completed the total
reactor internals replacement & modification work in HCU
Reactor 04-RB-001 at Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Assam and
the complete work done was inspected by Larsen & Tourbo Ltd.
Team. A brief detail of work carried out is shown below:
- Pre-Assembly of new tray segments and marking each
segment.
- Dismantling of Bubble cap (Welded type) and other trays
and TSR by plasma cutting.
- Welding of TSR on to the reactor.
- Installation of new bubble cap tray (Bolted design)
- Installation of new quench line and catalyst drain pipe
in reactor 04-RB-001 as per installation procedure
(HO2-5913-525-R2) and WPS (45913-R2)

for the renewal of the certification has been accordingly

scope of work in certification. Requirements of new job
scope is verified and complied by the DNV auditors in the
recent recertification audit. Plant-Tech Industrial Services
Ltd. has obtained better ratings from DNV for overall
personal safety and business performance. |
